    Changing the .app didn't effect the animation. I'm still getting blank spaces in my animation.

    You should see the crazy animations I'm getting. Most have nothing past the first frame others are scrambled. Seems buggy. I'll attach one but you have to change the jpg to m4v. I'll try replacing that file now to see if I can get a more reliable output. Glad I promised that animation on monday. john t

    I've been working in SP3 for months with no issues and I've just updated to SP4. Now I can't get the animation to work and I've also had my first crash in months. If replacing agent.app with help then much appreciated. john.t

    I seem to only get the first frame on my solar animation. The movie will play for one frame then the rest of the movie is blank. Any ideas?

    Actually they are not there in final render either ;-). I'm stuck..... Can't find anywhere to toggle this...... help

    So I have narrowed it down a little. It has nothing to do with the viewport and everything to with the hidden rendering. If I do a hidden render of the model the operation line disappear. If I do any other rendering they are there. I just checked on another project and the operation lines show up on hidden render. Is there a toggle for this somewhere? john t

    I checked other projects and they show up. I'm miffed. I turned all the classes on in the view ports and they still didn't show up. Doors and windows.

    Hi I asked this before and I received no answer. My window direction is not showing up in my section viewports (elevations). They shows up when I rotate the model around and are toggled to show in 3d. Please help before is have to go in a draw them. john t

    A large portion of my houses seem to be putting in Tilt and Turn windows. How do I get my schedules to represent this under "sash operation" as there is no option for T&T windows? This is becoming big for me. Also I want to add a new column to my schedule to pick up transoms and the size of the transom. I know I should know this by now. Regards John T.

    Hi All, I've set the "show direction in 3d" toggle to on for my doors and in the 3d environment the door direction does shows up.. But in my elevations(section viewport) and sections the door direction does not show up. Is there a setting I'm missing? John T

    When breaking a stair to show the top part as doted. I would like to show the closet underneath and the dotted part is filled. Is it possible to have just dotted lines for upper break portion. john t

    I want to make a movie that rotates around my building or orbital point. My building sits right on 0 y and 0 x. Even the red, green and blue lines seem to be located in the right spot. But the movie rotate around another point and I can see a blue grid at the point. Help! john t

    Every district I've worked with has required window sizes in elevation. It would be a huge time saver.
