Greetings, all!
I'm finally back in the office after COVID furlough and I'm trying to install Vectorworks 2018 on our new Mac with my educational license. It downloads no problem, but when I hit "install" after putting in my serial number and whatnot, it immediately gives me a popup that says "An error has occurred and installation could not be completed. Please contact support."
I hunted to make sure it wasn't already installed to see if I needed to uninstall first, but this computer has never had Vectorworks on it. Any suggestions?
