    Hi! I have not received my serial number either. I've already submitted my student identification card (proof of enrollment); and prior to the download, in the student portal, there was a message saying that "the serial number is provided below", but there was no serial number, neither in my email box. How can I get the serial number? Think it might be a system bug. Thanks
