I'm having a problem with my software license I was given by my school. It was fine when I first downloaded and installed it but now it's saying that it needs to be activated. However, every time I try to activate it, it says that I can't because the software license has expired. I tried to reinstall it a few days ago but it's still saying that the license is expired. I have uploaded by proof that I'm a student when I installed it the first time so I don't know why it's not working.
What should I do?
