Existing trees not sending to site model surface

I have the same problem in Vectorworks Landmark 2020. The existing trees are not automatically produced on the surface. The 'Send to Surface' and 'Reset All Plugin-Ins' tools do not help either. Has the bug been fixed? Thanks, Magda
