When I publish my sheet layers to pdf, in the colour summary section the little circles displaying the colours get shifted downwards so they are then mismatched on the pdf. This is not the case in vectorworks when I create my viewport. It only happens when I publish but afterwards the colours are displaced in the vectorworks document. I've deleted the colour summary in order to create a new one with a new viewport, the colours are properly placed until I publish. Any solutions? I am on vectorworks 2019 educational version.

@Alex Sagatov I contacted the designer to find out what version they were on because that what I thought the problem was. Turns out they updated to the 2020 version. (I worked with them previously before 2020). I found another class mate to open it and export it for me. Thanks!

I am running vectorworks 2019 educational version and I can't seem to open this file. Here is a screenshot of what pops up when I open it. I click ok and this pops up. I tried modifying the settings and I still get the same message. What can I do?
