[keyboard shortcuts do not work]

When opening Vectorworks while Windows is set to Hebrew as the language (not as default, just set to Hebrew at that moment) – the keyboard shortcuts do not work.
The same phenomenon also happens when switching between the active tool set in – Tools – workspaces

The problem:

Another problem – in Connectcad, sometimes the Hebrew headlines get reversed and are impossible to read.

If there was a tool to reverse text it would be very helpful. Attached is an example of inverted text:

I wonder if there is a plugin which enables google translate of texts within vectorworks files. How difficult would it be to enable language replacement as part of the layout design? For example, if there was a quick way to translate between English, French, Deutch, Hebrew, Russian, etc., with a single command.  
I am not referring to the workspace language, but to the text strings written within the CAD file.
