I am creating a very simple 2D drawing, and using an 'image' fill for some of the polygons. The image(s) I am using has been added through the resource manager to the active document. If I save the file, close, and re-open the file, the image fills have 'disappeared'. The resource is still there in resource manager, it is still selected for the polygon, yet it is blank. When I zoom in/out, the area with the image fill goes momentarily black. Notably, I have used several different image fills, and not all of them disappear.
