I'm not sure how it fixed it, but I just copied the group to a new file, edited the group and then copy and pasted the edited group back to the original file and then regrouped it. But here is what I did look like

I have a file I have been working on and for some reason when I render it in open GL it will render just fine, but when I render it with final quality or custom quality, my object is missing parts of its render. If I take that object and copy it to another drawing and try to render it, everything renders just fine. But as soon as I try to bring more parts of the drawing over to a new file, the same thing happens. I'm also confused because when I try to edit the group it say that it is a solid extrude. Can I get some help here? Also, I'm totally self taught and may have totally screwed something up.
