I've created account, uploaded my submitted my student card, and attempted download, but I cannot download software without input of a Username, Company Name and Serial Number at the installer window. I have received nothing from Vectorworks, so I don't have serial number, or a company name. How do I access serial number and how do I download? When I return to my account status page, my uploaded student card is no longer uploaded there - have re-attempted many times but everytime it subsequently disappears. I should be able to do this without it though (says access given for 30 days) My location is Dubai, my course is online in London (Inchbald). I have written to support but get no answer.
