A small practice, based in Charlotte North Carolina, seeks an immediately available skilled vectorworks designer with an architecture background to help produce construction documents for single family residential renovation/addition projects. Three projects are in progress and more forecasted from the same developer client. Larger projects may also be forthcoming. Pay will be lump sum for specific scope of work not hourly. (Ask us why.) We are using vw2019 but have 2020 available. We can provide a workstation and a copy of the program. Work at home on your own schedule. Meet by appointment.
