    I provided a photograph of my student ID card as proof of enrolment for the student version of Vectorworks. Each time this is uploaded I receive a message indicating that the upload is successful, and my account has been updated. However, each time a few days later I get an email requesting proof of enrolment. I am now unable to access the Vectorworks software. How can I resolve this?
