I received an email but the request got denied for insufficient information on my enrolment? Not entirely sure why as I attached an image of my 2017/18 student card.

@JimW Hi, I'm also a student with the same problem. Sent my extension request yesterday but nothing yet. I'm a similar situation to @Virral.
