I have vectorworks 2016 and my license has expired 3 days ago, i've requested an extension multiple times but haven't heard anything back.. also each time i try to upload my proof of enrolment it says 'account cannot be updated'. What can I do? I need my vectorworks to work again urgently for a university project.
