I hope you can help me. I experience problems with using Vectorworks2013 on a new computer.
I bought the program in 2013 and since then I've been using it on the laptop. The laptop runs on Windows 7.
I now wanted to install the VW2013 on a new and better computer (not a laptop) with an operating system Win 10.
In the WectorWorks2013 license which I had bought, is a clause to say that I will be able to use the program on a multiple devices as long as I use the dongle, however after installing the program on the new comp I get the messages that the serial number is invalid. I attached some screenshots of the messages I get.
My new computer has all the hardware specification required, please see below:
Intel Core i7 7700K select @ 4,5Ghz
Main board ASUS Prime Z270M-Plus
16GB DDR4 2133Mhz Crucial
Graphic card Quadro P2000
SSD 250GB Samsung 850 EVO
1TB HDD Seagate 7200
DVD-RW x24 ASUS
I need your help and advice how to install/make work the VW2013 on to the new computer with Windows10.
(I also reinstalled the system to Win 8.1 PRO and it doesn't work either.)
