I'm on Spotlight 2017 and trying to download some content (specifically, the lx instrument package). It starts downloading, reaches the end of the download... then restarts.
After 3 cycles of this, I received a notification saying this was not normal and to wait until later or to seek technical support... I waited 24h and it's still happening.

Hi,
I'm on Spotlight 2017 and trying to download some content (specifically, the lx instrument package). It starts downloading, reaches the end of the download... then restarts.
