Hi, I'm on Spotlight 2017 and trying to download some content (specifically, the lx instrument package). It starts downloading, reaches the end of the download... then restarts. After 3 cycles of this, I received a notification saying this was not normal and to wait until later or to seek technical support... I waited 24h and it's still happening. Any ideas?
