Im not sure on the release date? I think its a long way pre 2010. your suggestion File > Document Settings > Units. is not an option. Vectorworks 10.5 has File > Preferences > Document Preferences. But the Decimal precision cannot be changed here. the best i can do so far, is select all dimensions on the screen and then in properties, change precision. but i need to change the settings to be effective.
