BUMP! We just saw this occur again. When the server was rebooted after Windows updates our Firewall team noticed that another high level (dynamic) port was now being used between client and server. Are there differences between the licensing server being joined vs not joined to an Active Directory domain? Sincerely Dorena

Hello, We are having issues with the licensing server ports being dropped at the Network Firewall. Our NIS team has discovered that there are several ports that are being dropped after allowing one high level port through. Can you let me know if the server uses dynamic ports and if there is a range that we can target or a way to lock down the port(s)? This will assist our firewall team in writing a rule that will be successful. Sincerely Dorena
