Hi, I'm having an issue that didn't seem to happen previously. I am unable to re-order design layers in the layer organization window. Previously, i was able to move my cursor over the # symbol and order layers as I wish / or double click and change the order. Now, neither option works and I can't reorganize the layers. Curious to see if I have done something that has locked this capability.
