Also having that problem. The VW help is not straightforward about how to change the VA preferences. Any suggestions are welcome!

Thought I'd post my solution, in case someone else had this problem: I had used a / in the name of one of my files, as in ...10/14....

Thanks for all of the good suggestions - nothing has worked yet. I updated w/ SP1 and that took care of the frequent crashes. I'll reinstall VW and see if that doesn't help.

Hi - I am having trouble exporting my model in VW to the latest version of cinema 4d. My file exports as an empty file with zero kb. Any hints or suggestions of where to look for more info especially re: work flow? Still need to update my signature: VW 2012 + Renderworks Mac 10.6.8
