  1. We've received the purple HASP dongle and G series licence, plus licence file for the licence server. However, We're running into issues in terms of getting the licencing side up and running, primarily because we run our Windows 2008 servers in a VMWare clustered environment. The server can see the dongle in Device Manager correctly (it's all lit up) and all the dongle drivers are installed correctly. Also, existing licencing using the Reprise Licence Manager (which is what Vectorworks uses) is working correctly as well - I therefore followed the instructions provided by the Vectorworks download where it informs you how to add the licencing service using an existing Reprise Licence Manager. When then starting up the Vectorworks licence service, the debug log claims this is because it's running on a VM. The licence file itself seems to also indicate a no vm switch. Are we able to have the licence file reissued so it can run on VMWare so we can then have this up and running as soon as possible?
  2. Good evening, I hope someone can assist with an issue we've got with the B series DVD of Vectorworks 2014 with a network licence dongle. Installing Vectorworks 2014 silently works perfectly well, but of course a silent install won't add the content libraries or prompt you to download them. Ideally what I'd like to do is install the content libraries (probably all available for the serial number) at the same time that Vectorworks is installed. Users using the software won't be administrators - we're in an education environment with standard user accounts, so we ideally would have all the content there to save them having to attempt to download and install it. Any ideas how this is done, please? This is on Windows 7 64-bit.
  3. Thanks for that. I have sent you an email from the office - any help would be gratefully received.
  4. We've recently moved from a Novell-based system to a Windows-based one, complete with Active Directory and Microsoft System Center 2007 (SCCM) along with its ConfigMgr. What I'd ideally like to do is to install Vectorworks 2011 via ConfigMgr, so that when we are rolling out workstations with this year's software, the software can easily be installed without using the DVD. (for example Autodesk have a "create deployment" in their setups which makes this sort of thing much easier) Is there any easy way to do this with Vectorworks with an option to also include all the service packs?
