AiArch
I would like to discuss being your new Collaborator I am able to: put together set of working drawings. Participate in the design process. Work directly with clients as from start to finish on projects, as I have with my own clients Develop an understanding of client’s objectives. Manage project budget, schedule and resources. I've taken all my projects from design, through construction Have a strong understanding of project management. I'd built two of my own projects, and sold the last for $2mil. I am organized and thorough. Multi-task and ensure successful delivery of the project(s). Conduct and/or attend meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, etc. Review the design and production drawings for accuracy and conformance with design intent and codes. Submit contract documents for plan check and permit. Coordinate plan check response with team. Build and foster strong client relationships. Assist with office marketing. I'm well versed in all the above and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss.. Bernardo Quote Link to comment
