Cloud 3D model generation with Nomad

We have received a .vwx file from our architect to view the house design in 3D.  We downloaded the Vectorworks Nomad app onto our iPad and set it up as instructed to link to the project Google Drive where we have the model .vwx file.   We proceeded to submit the .vwx file to cloud processing into a .vgx file. This was 2 weeks ago. We understand that there could be a queue time to get the job done, but understood that might be an over night/24 hour delay, not 2 weeks. Whenever we have tried to resubmit/restart the process, we get a message "Failed to Submit - a job already exists for this file. Please wait for the processing to complete"

 

Does anyone have any experience of this situation or what the problem might be...or is it just a crap application and I should give up on the idea?
