matbringo
I have the following crucial question. Is there another way to convert Windows VectorWorks files into Macintosh VectorWorks files and the other way round, than using the DXF format. For example Microsoft supports for there products the possibility to save in the Macintosh format on Windows and the other way round. If not it should be eabled in the next release. Ken
I believe it can be done simply by adding the MCD extension. ------------------ Kenneth Quote Link to comment
Guest
Archken is quite right -- VectorWorks files are interchangeable between Macintosh and Windows. The only requirement is that VectorWorks files used on Windows must end in '.mcd'. That's not a requirement on the Mac, so you may need to add that extension from time to time. Quote Link to comment
