bschang Posted April 11, 2003 Share Posted April 11, 2003 Hello: I am trying to export an image (JPEG) and when I select the Export command from the File menu, nothing happens. Guest Posted April 14, 2003 Share Posted April 14, 2003 Please install QuickTime from the VW installation CD. Close out of all application, remove the currnet version of QuickTime and then proceed with the installation. When installing QT, please use the CUSTOM installation option. The following dialog box will allow you to select the components you wish to install. Click on the SELECT ALL button and proceed with the installation. You may be notified you cannot install java. That is fine .. continue wtih the installation. After QT is installed, restart the computer and you will be able to export and import images. Quote Link to comment
