Did you read the readme file on the download page?The VW 9.5.2 updater will update the 9.5.1 folder, however you need to rename the folder to 9.5.2. It is clearly stated in the ReadMe file and at the end of the installation a dialog states to do the above. Quote Link to comment

Guest Posted June 18, 2002 Share Posted June 18, 2002 If you open VW 9.5.1 (that the 9.5.2 updater was run on) and go to get information about the application ehter thru about VW if you are on a Mac or under the Help Menu, about VW if you are on a pc, does it say that it is VW 9.5.1 or 9.5.2 ? If it still says VW 9.5.1, then you may need to reset the preferences and reinstall. In worst case scenario, you will need to reinstall VW 9.5.1 and run it one time to write the preferences file, then run the VW 9.5.2 updater so it can find the VW 9.5.1 application correctly. Do NOT rename the VW 9.5.1 folder to 9.5.2 BEFORE runnign the VW 9.5.2 updater. [ 06-18-2002: Message edited by: Katie ] Quote Link to comment

Guest Posted June 21, 2002 Share Posted June 21, 2002 If it starts to launch in classic, then get information about the VW 9.5.2 application. Make sure it's not set to launch in Classic Mode.
