non-layer elevation references.

Question

Ok, we now have storeys. I think that will be good for the future when more things related to this will be sorted out.

We can set several key elevations for storeys like floor finish, top of slab, bottom of slab, ceiling etc... just bounding objects to it like walls. That's great in some way for now. But the BIG problem with this is: What to do with all those extra layers you don't need? It's great to be able to set a key elevation for the ceiling to bound my walls to, but I don't need a ceiling layer because nothing will be drawn on that.

So give use non-layer key elevations just for bounding objects to that elevation.
