I think we really need to have an extra option for the dtm site modifier object. Now each such object depends on a boundary, but there are many situations where you just want to cut out an object because of a basement, water pool, .... And don't want the terrain to be modified, but just cut out.
So pleas make this object and make the object that will be cut out anything we want. So any 3D object can be placed in the objects container and then that will be cut out of the dtm without furter adjustments.
