Luke Brown Posted December 14, 2001 Share Posted December 14, 2001 I am trying to export image files out ov vw 9.0.1. The program is constantly crashing, and somehow it destroyed my entire profile. I am not sure how related these things are. I am exporting tiff files at 150 dpi. I don't think I am over taxing the system. Any help? win 2000 pro, p1.4 thanksluke brown Quote Link to comment
Matthew Giampapa Posted December 14, 2001 Share Posted December 14, 2001 What version of QuickTime do you have installed? All of VectorWorks' raster image based exporting and importing are done through QuickTime. In any event this operation should not have any effect on you Windows user profile. I would first test that you can export to another image format like Photoshop of a jpeg, and then try a 72 dpi tiff and see what the results are. Generally reinstalling QuickTime 4.1.2 or later will clear up this type of problem. Matthew GiampapaTechnical Support Quote Link to comment
