Michieldebink
Hi, I'm working in 2009 and don't seem to be able to hide the smartcursor cues when I'm drawing; Every line I draw is accompanied by a blue bounding box with direction and length information. Quite annoying. I've unchecked 'show smartcursor cues' in the Smartcursor settinga, but this doesn't seem to have any affect. Could anyone help me out ? Thanks Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
It sounds like you are referring to the floating data bar. There are two small triangle at the top right of the Vectorworks window. Click on the top one and you can turn it off. This is a very powerful feature, one of my favorites. Did you know you can tab through the data and enter lengths with the keyboard for accurate drawings? Quote Link to comment

JeffPPI
you can also tell it the angle to travel, or the width and height of a rectangle, the radius of a circle, etc. all in all, an awesome feature! Quote Link to comment
