when the drawing border resets, and the option for taking over the page size is checked, it takes the page size of the active layer. Try a script that resets all drawing borders and you'll see.
This should be changed to take over the page size of the layer it is on, because when all page sizes are different and you run a script that resets all pio's in the drawing they take the active layer page size and so they are not correctly drawn.
