Drawing property lines by coordinates

I asked this in the General forum, but this might be more applicable.

Any ideas for a reasonable (or understandable) method of drawing property lines from the typical coordinates on a deed (ie: Northeast 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds)?

N44d24m30sE would be the way to input the bearing information.

Another way to go about this is to scan the property line in, trace over it with the polygon tool, then use Modify > Convert > Objects from Polyline (Choose Property Line) to create the property line.

It can then be edited using the 2D reshape tool.
