Bug Database

Question

What we need is a separate forum that contains known bugs. Much time is wasted by users and NNA tech support dealing with problems that are created by known bugs.

For example: There is a situation that will cause Renderworks to crash. If my Renderworks file is crashing, I should be able to go to the Bug Forum and do a search. One known bug is a chair symbol that will cause the file to crash. Delete the chair and problem solved.

Since there is no Bug Forum, I would be forced to call NNA or email NNA or try to do a search on the Board, (which most likely would be of no benefit).

The knowledge of this chair bug does exist in various threads on this board. It is doubful that anyone could do a search and find them though.

The Bug Forum would be the equivalent of a Troubleshooting section of an owner's manual.
