Hilco is seeking offers to acquire the Vectorworks licences of Sarah Wigglesworth Architects Limited (In Liquidation) ("Sarah Wigglesworth Architects" or the "Company") on behalf of the Joint Liquidators of the Company, Guiseppe Parla and Jonathan David Bass of Menzies LLP.

 

Sarah Wigglesworth Architects was renowned for its commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural design. Following the Company's Liquidation, we offer the opportunity to acquire the Company's six G-Series Vectorworks 2024 network licenses. This software suite, integral to the Company's design process, operates from the cloud and is the go-to software for anyone in the industry. Each license, updated through the Vectorworks Service Select (VSS), reflects a significant investment in keeping the tools at the cutting edge of design capabilities.

 

Upon transfer, these licenses will convert to the E-series, providing perpetual use of the most current 2024 version without requiring future updates, ensuring continuity and reliability for the new owner, backed by the direct involvement of Vectorworks in the transfer process.
