I knew I should have added more info to my msg a few days back...
Would there be a way to extrapolate the wireline rendering time required to render and use it to offer some idea of how long it would take to render in the more time-consuming modes?
User has rendered in wireline, process time is noted internally.
Program estimates the rendering times for the other rendering flavors.
User renders in Final Shaded Solid. Estimated time remaining shows in a little window next to the current progress window.

Would this be feasible?
Thanks.
