I am a highly skilled property consultant with real estate advisory experience alongside drafting skills in vectorworks, adobe suite and sketchup.
I have over 15 years experience working in retail and worked for the UK’s most respected property developer in central London for 10 years on the largest regeneration scheme in Europe. Now living in Brisbane Australia running my own property and design studio. Skills include masterplan strategy, business modelling and planning, leasing strategy, technical specification and advice (for retail and shopping centre design) and architectural drafting. I am the director of Vizyon, a residential design and planning firm from Pittsburgh, that does a lot of backyard projects and site development planning. We are currently looking for remote drafters who can prepare our construction set. Since our projects are very similar we have a good template that our crew likes and want someone to continue to keep up the current standards. Our drawings are very simple and not as complicated.
