How can I print just a selected part of a hole drawing? For Example: I have a full plan view of a house layout and I need to just print One room for clarity for fax purpose. I already have my page layout set for 24 x 36. I need to print just that one room and not the whole layout on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. Thanks in advance.

In Page Setup, select the printer and page setup.

Make sure under the Page Menu>Set Print Area the size is set to One Page.

Zoom in to the room so the entire room shows on the screen.

Then in the Print dialog box, there is a selection for Print Current View. Check marking this will only print the objects visible on the screen within the Application Window limits.
