Is it just me, or do others have the issue that Vision Licence has never been accessible via the customer portal/service select portal? Every year I have to contact the local distributor to send me my licence serial number for Vision. I still have the perpetual licence for both VW and Vision. Or is this just an Australia issue?

Hi, we have a copy of VW 2016 Architect for Sale. For Mac. Standalone Licence. UK copy. Purchased from Design Software Solutions. It has an online activation serial number which can be transferred to the new owners (£150 +VAT fee) How much? - Sensible offers. -

Hi my student license has expired despite me requesting an extension and uploading proof of enrolment, the request has not been accepted yet and my account status still says expired, how can I fix this asap because I need to use the program as soon as possible for a presentation. Thank you.

I tried to renew my Vectorworks 2015 licence yesterday, however, it has not been renewed yet. I have a project that is due in on January 4th so I need to use it ASAP! How long will I have to wait for it to be renewed? Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

morning all, We have recently purchased a 6 seat network licence for us. I have the licence server working fine but we wish to install VW2017 on the terminal server. we have around 25 users on teh server but wish to restrict access to the VW license to specific users (so the pool isnt used up and hogged). does anyone know if this is possible through wither the licence server or through windows (server 2008 currently, upgrading to 2012 dec/jan). the licence server is on a stand alone PC, so not trying to install this on the server, just user access to the program/licence when using the temrinal server. TIA! H
