  1. Currently, when you connect a cable to a breakout (distributor object), it snaps to the insertion point of that object as seen below: It would be great if you could define snapping points per circuit, which would make cable plans much more legible, as shown in this image: To do this, I had to break the connection between the cable and distributor, which is obviously not ideal. If the cable attaches to the distributor, you cannot move its anchor off of the distributors insertion point. Another really useful feature would be two fields to choose a primary and secondary color code for the breakout. So instead of the grey/orange you see in the images above, which are static per breakout type, I would love for those colors to be dynamic so they can match the color codes of the soca heads. Currently to do that I would have to make a new distributor object type for every breakout.
  2. I would like these Forums to be interconnected with Service Select specifically so local Distributors can see when their Service Select subscribers are posting questions. Public support answers (where appropriate) help the general knowledge / answer pool and highlight when there are a large volume of questions about certain issues. Alternately, if these can't be connected, maybe there could be a way to tag my profile as linked to a specific Distributor on the Forum.... Kevin
