  1. I am having the same problem. How do I determine if I have a symbol name conflict or circular reference? Thanks!
  2. I would like to import class attributes that I have setup in one viewport into another viewport. Is this possible within the drawing file? Is it possible to do this between different drawing files? If I have a large number of classes and am turning some on, some off and greying others it is a pain to try and make sure different drawings are rendering the same - I assume this is a simple command. Thanks for the help!
  3. Does anyone know (or know where there is a white paper or tutorial) the best workflow for managing keynotes and setting up a database. I want to use the callout tool to set down numbers (or some code) that will reference a database with the full description - and then I want to plop the database down on my drawing sheet. I am looking to organize callouts by CSI (e.g. 08-1 would refer to the first note in the 'openings' section and would have some text associated to it). Any help is appreciated!
  4. I am working in an office that has a number of copies of Vectorworks 2008 (Fundamentals and Architect Modules) but only one of those serials includes the Renderworks Module as well. Is it possible to add in the serial number for the Renderworks version without reinstalling everything? I have updated my copy a number of times and I just don't want to go through all of that again. The machine with the Renderworks module doesn't have anyone working on it so there is no worry about conflicts over the network. You used to be able to enter in a bunch of serial numbers so that when you opened the app it would just assign the one not taken - is that feature still available. Any help appreciated - thank you!
