    P2 400MHz, 128-MB RAM, ATI Rage Pro latest driver, WinNT 4.0 Workstation SP6a, +550 MB free space, +250MB pagefile.sys, VectorWorks 8.5. Redraws are painfully slow. Can you help with list of troubleshooting steps. Should video card be replaced? Berkeley, Calif.
