I am trying to create a road on my site model by following the steps to "creating a road" under the VW help menu. The first step is to draw a polyline on the site and then create points along that line by going to AEC-Roads-station on polyline. This option is grayed out so I can't get past step one. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I am having trouble getting a texture to stay on a base cabinet I got from the object library. The texture would not apply yesterday, however, today when I turned it on and rendered, the objects had the texture I tried to apply yesterday. Then I went to change some properties in the object info pallet and the texture disappeared. Basically if I make any changes to the cabinets they revert to the off white color a rendered object with no texture has. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate your help! I am using vw 12.0 for mac.
