  1. I recently upgraded my MAC to Leopard. I still use 12.5.3. Now I can't see the plants while I am placing them. Once placed they show up fine. Any ideas?
  2. When I print there is no visible font at all.
  3. I have upgraded to 12.5.3. I have not tried to print. I print at Kinkos...I'll try it.
  4. I am using 12.5. I upgraded my MAC to Leapard. Now when I export to a pdf the fonts change to unrecognizable symbols. I can get helvetica to work, but I would rather use my architectural font that has always worked before.

    Tag placement

I understand the basic method of tag placement. What I want to do is have my tag leg go vertical with my plant. I am placing a lot of tags in one area and I need it exactly in one place, vertical with the rest. I have no wiggle room to let the computer decide which plant in the group to go to. Can I manually place the leg of the tag precisely where I want it?

    Tag placement

I would like to be able to place the leg of the plant tag in a specific location. The auto feature is insisting on locating to a part of the plant cluster where I don't want it. Is there a way of moving the leg manually? Generally the auto feature works fine, but now and then I don't like where the computer puts it. Thanks
  7. I have been talking with Franklin at isymbol for a couple of months. He is developing a nice landscape package of 2D symbols that read really well. Thought you all might be interested! If you have any suggestions for him he may include them in his package.

    Plant tag

The plant tags that are connected to the trees in the canopy layer are a light grey color, instead of the black used for the other tags. Any way to get around this?

    Plant tags

I thought that you could place plants first and then go back in later and edit the plants.

    Plant tags

I am working on my first solo design. I developed the design as a full color concept plan. At this point I want to assign specifics and tags to the plants to make a planting plan. I go in and assign species, etc., but when I go back to the drawing it changes the look of the plants to the default look. I loose the special fills and pen qualities. Help!

I am just getting started with this thing.....where do you all get resources common to landscape design. (Tressis', fences, stones, etc.)
