I'm a vectorworks user starting a joint venture with a archicad user. Any compatibility between the two (given the Nemetschek buy out of Graphisoft)? Or any easy way to share files back and forth?

I just installed 12 (and updated to 12.0.1) on OS10.4.5. I'm getting buggy windows and doors when I try to use the muntins tool. Didn't work at all using 12 - just crashed the app, with 12.0.1 it doesn't crash, but gives odd results.
