I am trying to create (in Vectorworks 2008) a conical roof or witch's hat and it's framing plan with a 4' radius, 1' o/hang, and a 14:12 pitch without any success. To complicate more, it is partially intersecting (approx 50%) a hip roof with equal pitch. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Line arcs are printing as segmented straight (and sometimes wavy) lines from both a HP DesignJet and LaserJet. Also displays this way on screen. This does not happen when drawing a circle. Any insight would help. Using: VectorWorks 11.0.1 Mac OS 10.3.9 HP DesignJet 110 Plus nr HP LaserJet 1300
