Thanks Robert, I had both of these settings checked the entire time. I ended up restarting, then confirming they were checked and it worked out. (it's the fence checkbox that controls this, if the pad box is unchecked there will be no cut at all).

Hi all, I have created a nurbs roadway and set all of my elevations where I want them but it is not correctly cutting the site model. It appears to be cutting to the right depth only at the station points or the segments in the roadway. Consequently, in between each point of cut the site remains a full height but with a slope the same as specified for the sides of the road. When viewed in 3d it basically looks like mounds of soil between each station. I think this must be an easy fix but I can't find it! Please help! Thank you, Matthew Clark
