Hi All, Total newbie here. I've created a shape and would like to extrude it and taper it for machining. I'm attaching the file (it's VWX 2019) and an image of the profile I am trying to achieve. I have lots of questions. It seems like I have to somehow segment the shape so I can taper my extrusion by pushing and pulling a face on an angle. Right now, I can't even extrude the shape. As far as I can tell it's just a.......shape. When I try the extrude menu I get the following error, shown below. I've watched some tutorials and searched google, but can't find an answer to my simple extrusion problem, let alone what I'm going to do afterwards to actually try and taper it. Anyone have any pointers/help to share? Thanks!
