Is it possible to create a 2D from a 3D. The reason I ask is this...I have an extensive 3D drawing that I would like to dimension. Since it is in 3D the circular dimensioning tools to not pick up the data like 2D. I know I can use viewports for the views but they do not dimension like 2D...Newbe Hope someone can advise Thanks RT

This question may be too complicated to express in writing but here goes.....I am trying to show a milled pathway that is milled into the surface of a solid. For the sake of an example lets say the pathway has rounded corners and is.25 wide by .5 deep. after extruding the solid I cannot seem to put together the procedure for showing the milled pathway in 3D. Can anyone help me out....
