Responsibilities:
Develop and conceptualize landscape design plans for various projects.
Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed, accurate representations of landscape designs
Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and
timelines
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements
Provide expert advice and recommendations on landscape design
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in landscape architecture and 3D modeling
Prepares detailed construction documents and manages the permit filing process to ensure
Compliance with local regulations and successful project implementation.
Requirements:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in landscape design and 3D modeling
Proficiency in 3D modeling software
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
